1. Device location, storage space, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Network Device Hardware Address (MAC), Advertising Identifier (IDFA), etc.;

2. Device connectivity information (browser type, telecom operator, network environment, network connection type, language used);

3. Device status information (e.g., device sensor data, device application installation list);

4. Document information;

5. Log information (including your usage of authorized software, Better365 online services, and related websites, IP address, URLs of accessed services, browser type and language used, information on downloaded, installed, or used mobile applications and software, communication information with communication software, and the date, time, and duration of access to Better365 online services and related websites).

2. Sensitive Personal Information: This refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, and is highly likely to cause damage to personal reputation, mental and physical health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information mentioned in this policy will be highlighted in bold.

(I) Circumstances for Collecting and Using Your Personal Information for Core Functions: Authorizing You to Use Authorized Software

Aodo365 may collect, store, and use the following information about you to enable the following functions. If you do not provide the relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services. This includes:

Device Attribute Information: For example, your device manufacturer, device name, device model, operating system type and version, device configuration, physical pixel height, physical pixel width, unique device identifier, device geolocation, and storage space.

We need this information to adapt the application to different models/system versions of devices so that the application can run normally on your device.

(II) Privacy Permissions Required for Normal Application Functionality

Screen Recording Permission

To enable normal application functionality, necessary screen recording is used for functions such as obtaining menu bar icons, screen recording, screenshots, color picking, and OCR. This recording is controlled by the user to start and stop, and the screen is only recorded during function usage. The information is stored locally on the computer and is entirely handled by the user. We will not collect, retain, or share this information.

Microphone Permissions

To enable normal application functionality, necessary microphone permissions are used for screen recording and audio recording. This permission is user-controlled (on and off), and audio is recorded only during function usage. The information is stored locally on the computer and is entirely handled by the user. We will not obtain, retain, or share this information.

Accessibility

To enable normal application functionality, this permission allows the app to run scripts and system commands to control the Mac.

This permission is user-controlled (on and off), and is used only when the user uses specific application functions or when the application runs scripts and system commands.

Full Disk Access Permissions

To avoid the hassle of pop-up authorization prompts every time files are written to different folders, users can grant the application full disk access permissions once, without needing to grant authorization each time information is written to different folders.

This permission is user-controlled (on and off), and is only effective when the application is running. Written files are stored locally on the computer and are entirely handled by the user. We will not obtain, retain, or share this information.

File and Folder Read/Write

This permission grants the application read and write permissions for specified files and folders, allowing the application to read authorized file and folder information and to write information to already authorized files and folders. This permission is generally used for local saving of files such as screenshots and screen recordings. We will not obtain, retain, or share this information.

Automation

To enable normal application functionality, this permission allows the app to access and control other apps on your Mac, such as System Events, Finder, and script editors. This permission is user-controlled and is only used when the user uses specific application functions or when the application controls System Events, Finder, or the script editor.

Clipboard Read/Write

This permission authorizes the application to read and write to the clipboard, allowing the application to read clipboard information and write information to the clipboard. This permission is generally used for screenshots, screen recordings, and other files stored on the clipboard, or for functions such as pasting images from the clipboard. We will not obtain, retain, or share this information.

(III) Exceptions to Obtaining Consent

You fully understand that Aodo365 does not need to obtain your authorization or consent to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. Related to national security or defense security;

2. Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4. Necessary to protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but obtaining the individual's consent is difficult;

5. The collected personal information has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by the personal information subject;

6. Your personal information is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosure channels;

7. Necessary for signing a contract at your request;

8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and handling product or service malfunctions;

9. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;

10. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that sharing or transferring de-identified personal information, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require further notification to you or your consent.

III. How to Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies: To ensure the proper functioning of the website, Better365 stores small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain an identifier, a site name, and some numbers and characters. With the help of cookies, the website can store Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referencing/exiting pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. Aodo365 will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies stored on your computer. Most web browsers have a function to block cookies; however, if so, you will need to manually change your user settings log file each time you visit a Better365 online service website. You can limit Better365's use of cookies by changing your browser settings.

IV. How to Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(I) Sharing

Aodo365 will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Aodo365, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, Aodo365 may share your personal information with third parties.

2. Better365 may share your personal information with relevant third parties as required by laws and regulations, mandatory government requirements, or judicial rulings.

(II) Transfer

Aodo365 will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of its affiliated companies, except in the following circumstances:

1. With your explicit authorization or consent obtained in advance;

2. To meet the requirements of laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory government requirements or judicial rulings;

(III) Public Disclosure

Aodo365 will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. With your explicit consent obtained;

2. When announcing the list of winners for prize-winning activities, the winners' mobile phone numbers or account login names will be displayed in an anonymized manner;

3. Based on the requirements of laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements of government authorities.

V. How to Protect and Store Your Personal Information

Aodo365 will strive to use industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. Better365 will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. Aodo365 will retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

VI. Child Privacy Protection

We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If I discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided me with personal information, please contact me if you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information so that I can take the necessary measures.

VII. Scope of Application

1. This policy applies to all versions of licensed software. If a particular version of licensed software has special provisions regarding information collection, both those special provisions and this policy shall apply; if there is any inconsistency between those special provisions and this policy, the special provisions shall prevail.
